Calibrated according to the MID directives on measuring instruments approved by PTB (in accordance with PTB-29 technical regulations).
Available in sizes: G1.6 - G25 M for use in residential and commercial buildings, and G40 M - G100 M for use in large industrial facilities.
Approved according to EN1359 by the German DVGW, EU approval by the German PTB. Fire-resistant (HTB) up to 0.1 bar according to EN1359.
High accuracy and long-term operation.
Powder-coated in an ecological color (gray, RAL 7035).
Insensitivity to impurities (RPF=0.65).
Temperature range: standard: -10 °C to +40 °C, other temperatures upon request.

The diaphragm gas meter BK meets the highest requirements regarding measurement accuracy and safety. It incorporates the latest methods and measurement experiences gained over several decades of operation in gas measurement.

The diaphragm's movement is pneumatically stopped, ensuring low stress and quiet operation of the gas meter. The synthetic diaphragm has stable dimensions and a rounded shape. High-quality materials and components, along with the patented K-slider system, ensure a high standard of operational quality.

Four measuring chambers are separated by synthetic diaphragms. The chambers are periodically filled and emptied, and the movement of the diaphragms is transmitted via gears to the crankshaft. It moves valves that control the gas flow. The rotation of the gears is transmitted to the counter via a magnetic coupling.

Given their usage and membrane size, diaphragm gas meters such as BK can be used in residential and commercial spaces as well as in large industrial facilities.
