The company IKOM d.d offers the service of installing and monthly readings of internal water meters. Internal water meters are installed in older buildings that have one main water meter, and the distribution of consumption is based on the number of occupants in each apartment. We provide high-quality and accurate water meters with a large measuring range, so there will be no difference between the sum of internal and main water meters during billing. The water meters are read remotely – our employees do not enter the apartments. 

Our obligation after installation is to monthly read the water meters, process the data, and deliver them to the Waterworks. Based on the provided data, the Waterworks sends a bill to each owner of an internal water meter according to the recorded monthly consumption.

IKOM d.d. is an authorized body by the State Institute for Metrology for the preparation and verification of water meters. All employees involved in the preparation and verification processes have extensive experience in these tasks, and their knowledge is regularly upgraded through annual training sessions. All serviced water meters are assembled, prepared, and calibrated according to Croatian laws, regulations, and approvals, ensuring compliance with legal, technical, and metrological characteristics applicable to the specified measuring instrument. We are authorized for the preparation and verification of:

• Cold water meters – flow up to 800 m3/h
• Hot water meters – flow up to 18 m3/h
• Gas meters – flow up to 10 m3/h
