Domus Next 2.0 is a gas meter from the Italian manufacturer MeterSit, which is part of the renowned Sit Group. This gas meter operates on the principle of microthermal flow. Two temperature sensors are symmetrically placed around the micro-heating element. When there is no flow, both sensors measure the same temperature. As the flow rate increases, heat is transferred from the front sensor to the rear. The measured temperature difference between the two sensors is proportional to the volume of flow. This measurement principle is independent of temperature corrections and pressure, making it extremely precise and suitable for various applications, including laboratory devices. 

Due to its vertical configuration, the sensors are fully protected from the influence of dust and dirt. Additionally, the measurement is independent of changes in the chemical composition of the gas. The gas meter has pre-set automatic calibration, ensuring the required accuracy without the need for additional corrections.
