Q4000 is an electromagnetic water meter specifically designed for measuring large flows of cold drinking water in commercial or industrial settings, as well as for monitoring distribution systems. This device is fully hermetically sealed, suitable for use in flooded pits up to a depth of 10 meters, and features a dual, bidirectional pulse output and alarm indicator. It is available in sizes from DN50 to DN200 for flows ranging from 0.16m³/h to 1250m³/h, and is designed to maintain low pressure drop in the system, helping prevent pipe bursts and reducing pumping costs. Elster Q4000 has an empty pipe with no moving parts, ensuring consistent accuracy across a wide range of flow measurements. Real-time data is displayed on a simple LCD screen, showing volume and current flow rates. It also has an electronic LCD register displaying water quantity (in cubic meters), alarms, flow direction, and flow rate.
